The outlet water temperature of the air source heat pump has a lot to do with the type of refrigerant and related heat pump technology. The maximum outlet temperature of conventional R32 air source heat pumps on the market can reach 60℃, but the general factory settings can only be adjusted to 55℃ or 50℃. If you want to adjust it to 60℃, you need a special person to debug it.
In general, unsoftened water is more prone to fouling when it is above 60℃, which will cause scale on the outside of the coil and affect the heat conduction efficiency of the fluorine cycle, or cause the water cycle equipment to block and cannot be used, so 60℃ is a standard line.
In addition, due to the influence of the pressure that the compressor and piping can withstand, the higher the water temperature, the greater the work required by the compressor, the higher the discharge temperature, and the greater the pressure. The pressure resistance of the tube is not enough, and the tube will burst easily if the pressure is too high. Therefore, in the design of electronic control, generally only the upper temperature limit is set to 60℃ to protect the normal operation of the entire unit.
