General description:

The monitoring system, reliable and rapid monitoring and management of heat pump equipment power, environment, operating status, and other data, timely ring heat pump equipment field events and notify the equipment management personnel, to achieve unattended heat pump and after-sales management, for heat pump after-sales maintenance timeliness, scientific decision-making, and product optimization to provide strong technical support. 

The main functions of the platform include:

  1. Log in

1.1 User Login page

Remark: You can log in to the platform by entering your account and password at the corresponding location.(Please get the initial account and password from the manufacturer)

1.2 Set a new password
How do I set my new login password?


1.2.1 Access to Set password page
Enter Set password page from ZS001 in the upper right corner.

1.2.2 Enter a new password
Enter the password and confirm the password in the appropriate location.

1.2.3 Modified successfully
The change is successful and the login page is automatically displayed.

2 Big data Kanban


Display device activation, total number, and fault information.

3 Device pages



3.1 Device map

  • views the regional distribution of the device

Displays the user's device on the map and views the regional distribution of the device.( Visible to account managers)

4 Search devices


Enter device name or part of the device name in the upper-left search box to search for device location information, included Longitude, latitude, online time, etc.

5 Device Management



5.1Series Product Manage
5.1.1Product list
You can view the products you own

5.1.2Product details
Click the Details button to enter Product details to view detailed product data.

5.1.3User-defined fault data points
Click the fault data point in the details, and then click the Add Custom Fault data Point button. In the pop-up box, select the data point as the custom data point.

5.1.4Configure device list data points
Click the configuration data point to display it in the device list

5.2 Single Device management


5.2.1Device list
The list displays the user's devices.

5.2.2Search device

Select the search type in the figure and enter the search content to complete the device search.

Can be used with status filtering.

5.2.3Device details
Click the details button on the right side of the device list to enter device details.

5.2.4Running state
Click the Running sate button to view the object model data points and real time values. You can also make changes to this device.

5.2.5Data list
Click the Data List button on a single object model on the running status table to view the chart and data of the changed data point.

5.2.6Data export
Click the Batch Export data button to export the excel file

5.2.7Data analysis
Click the data analysis button in the function page to enter the data analysis page and select data points and days to view charts and data tables.

5.3Heat pump control
Click the “Parameter set” button to enter the page. After selecting the command/setting value, click the send command button to control the corresponding data point of the heat pump equipment.

6 Device Group


6.1 Adding a device group
Click the "Add Device Group" button in the upper left corner and enter the information to add device group.

6.2 Device group Adds a device
Click the Device Details button to enter the device details interface. Click the Add Device button in the upper left corner to add the device to the device group.

6 Fault Management
6.1Fault List
The fault report value is displayed in the list.

7 Project Management



Classify the devices into a project for convenient classification and sorting.


7.1 Project List
The list shows the projects created.

7.2 New Project
Click the "Add Project" button and enter the corresponding information to complete the addition of the project.

7.3 Project Details
Click the Details button on the right side of the project list to enter the project details.

7.4 Device Operations
7.4.1Device List
View the heat pump devices categorized into this project.

7.4.2 Adding a Device
Click the Add Device button on the right side of the device list, select the corresponding device in the pop-up box, and add it to the device list.

7.4.3 Deleting a Device
Click the Delete button to delete the device

8 Company/organization



8.1 Company/Portfolio Details
See company/organization details.

8.2 Edit company/organization Details
Click the Edit button to edit the company/organization details.

9 Logs



9.1Device Logs
List Displays device operation logs.

9.2 Updating Logs
Click the Update Log button at the top of the navigation bar to view the update

10 Account Management


10.1 Setting Administrators

Click User Management and select Edit button to set the administrator role.

10.2 Setting Role Rights

Click Role Control to set roles and permissions.

10.3 Setting a Subaccount
You can assign devices to subaccounts directly or by device group.
