In order to better serve European partners, we have located the European Service Center in the Netherlands, and the expected opening time is June 2023.


Technical Training:
  • The European Service Center can provide customers with localized services. It can provide heat pump technical training, energy policy subsidies, language translation, and other support, and help customers solve various problems with heat pumps.


Technical Support:
  • PowerWorld's overseas service center provides technical support for European users to support customers' business and maintain continuous equipment operation.


Spare Parts Inventory:
  • Improve the delivery speed of heat pump prototypes: Our service center will store a certain amount of heat pump inventory so that heat pump prototypes can reach the customer's destination faster, reduce delivery time, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Reduce logistics costs: With the help of the heat pump inventory in the service center, the freight efficiency can be improved and the transportation cost of both parties can be reduced.

  • Reduce duties and taxes: The heat pump inventory in our European service center can avoid taxes and duties for importing and exporting heat pumps, reducing the cost of prototypes.

A:Yes. We can produce POOLWORLD standard products under clients’ brand, modify the products to satisfy client’s personalized requirements and work together with clients to design and produce a totally new products.

How long is your Heat Pump delivery time?

We are willing to give the A-level agent rights, or even exclusive agent rights to clients with strong sales and service capability for certain market/product, who would enjoy our most competitive product price and tiered special discount for substantial order. Last but not least, for specific markets, we prefer to operate as a co-brand with our clients, or offer POOLWORLD’s own brand products and services to dealers.
